The runway boundary sign faces pilots exiting a runway. It's a picture of the runway holding position marking — two solid and two dashed bars — as seen from the runway side, black on yellow. When the whole aircraft is past the sign, it's clear of the runway. It stands beside the holding position marking on the taxiway, back to back with the runway holding position sign.
